It reveals notes of tarte tatin, Timut pepper and small notes of dried citrus fruits associated with a touch of dried apple, floral hints as well as fine hints of pâtisseries, citron and a hint of tobacco. /smoke. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, a tangy frame, tension, precision, a good definition, a certain gourmandise, a small incisive side as well as a linear/stretched side. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of dried yellow peach, marmalade and small notes of orangette associated with touches of crushed apple, crème brulée, pâtisseries, a roasting hint, spices as well as a subtle almost discreetly hint of peaty and vanilla. Good length.
