The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a slight freshness. It reveals notes of crystallized lemon, candied orange and slight touches of peach in syrup, candiedpear associated with slight touches of caramelization, grilled oak as well as a discreet touch of dry fruits (nuts, almond…) nougatine and a very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-defined, relatively powerful and offers a beautiful minerality, a slight freshness, a slight richness as well as gourmandise. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of candied orange/marmelade, candied lemon and slight notes of dried zests associated with touches of caramel, cardamom, pâtisseries, tobacco and grilled oak.
