40% (barrel sample) The nose is elegant, ample, and offers breadth and a velvety character. It reveals notes of dried mirabelle plum, Timut pepper, and dried citrus combined with subtle hints of dried peach, potpourri, and discreet hints of fresh blond tobacco, dried white grape, and a subtle hint of honey/spiced honey. The palate is mineral, well-balanced and offers a certain freshness, fruit, a pulpy side, a lovely gourmandise of the fruit, precision, a delicate roundness as well as an airy character. An elegant tannic structure. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of kumquat, dried mandarin and small notes of beeswax/spiced honey combined with touches of pâtisseries, orange marmalade, a hint of kumquat, cubeb pepper as well as a hint of potpourri/dried flowers, tobacco and dried almond.
