The nose is elegant and offers a beautiful power, a beautiful finesse of the intensity, subtility, complexity as well as a very fine freshness. It reveals notes of dry quince, crystallized mandarine zests, small notes of crystallized peach associated with very fine hints of caramelization, crushed Mirabelle, incense as well as a very discreet hint of pepper and flowers. The palate is fruity, racy, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, tension as well as a good definition and finesse. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of quenette, apple, small notes of juicy/fleshy nectarine associated with small touches of lemon flowers, violet, quince, crushed Mirabelle as well as discreet hints of sweet spices, vanilla flowers and a discreet hint of almond/toasted. Good length. An imperceptible hint of grilled bread on the persistence.
