The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandize as well as a small suavity, a beautiful definition, a finesse of the grain as well as a good structure, a very fine freshness, gourmandize. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of juicy/fleshy apple, juicy lychee, small notes of crystallized mandarine associated with touches of crystallized quince, quenette, candied vine peach as well as fine hints of crushed hazelnut and a discreet hint of dry oak.
