The palate is beautifully structured, juicy, elegant, captivating, and offers delicacy, a lovely racy minerality, precision, precision, a subtle velvety edge, and complexity. It is airy and intense. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of kumquat, currant, and bright yellow apple combined with hints of bright yellow berries and a hint of peach, a subtle hint of exotic fruit, and discreet hints of sweet spices and tobacco. A tannic and dried almond note in the background. Good length. A very nice persistence with a hint of light oak and vanilla. A lovely Armagnac for reflection, for relaxing with a book.
