The nose is fruity, racy and offers a fine power, a racy grain as well as a very fine tension. It reveals notes of dried tangerine zest, dried lemon and small notes of juicy quince associated with fine touches of lychee as well as fine hints of lemon flowers, mandarin flowers, a very discreet hint of oak and an imperceptible hint of Timut pepper / nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, gourmande and offers a good definition, a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful finesse of the structure, juiciness as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy clementine, dried clementine, lemon and small notes of crushed apple associated with a touch of crushed brugnon as well as a subtle hint of lychee, citrus flowers (mandarin, lemon), very discreet hints of oak and an imperceptible hint of pepper. Good length.
