The nose offers notes of cassis, violet and small notes of crushed plum associated with small touches of berries, cassis bud, fleshy raspberry as well as hints of sweet spices, vanilla, cocoa bean and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, round, silky and offers a beautiful definition, suavity, gourmandise, freshness, a fine tension as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, crushed plum and small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of wild strawberry, violet as well as hints of cassis bud, liquorice stick / Zan and spices. Tannins are very slightly firm. There are hints of dark chocolate and cocoa bitterness on the persistence.
