The nose is fresh, mineral and relatively fruity. It reveals notes of strawberry sorbet and fresh raspberry associated with slight hints of crushed white fruits as well as a subtle hint of yuzu/zests (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, nicely built, suave, gourmand and offers a beautiful straightness, deepness as well as finesse. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of strawberry sorbet and fresh raspberry associated with small notes of vine peach, quenette/passion fruit as well as discreet hints of ripe citrus and an imperceptible hint of zests. Good length and persistence.
