The nose is aromatic, fruity and offers a very fine freshness. It reveals notes of blueberry, cornflower / violet and cassis combined with fine touches of wild red berries, undergrowth, wood, a very discreet hint of mocha, Sichuan pepper as well as a very discreet / imperceptible touch of tea and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, finely gourmande and offers a pretty juicy / acid frame, a fine suavity, straightness, a fine concentration, a good structure and a fine minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of jammy raspberry, crunchy redcurrant and small notes of blackberry associated with a discreet hint of blueberry, wood, racy minerality as well as subtle hints of spices and a very discreet touch of Ceylon tea. Good length.
