The nose is elegant, fruity and offers concentration. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed blueberry, small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with fine touches of crushed raspberry as well as hints of incense, caramelization and vanilla. The palate is elegant and offers gourmandize, an acidulous frame, suavity and finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy wild blackberry, blueberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of small wild black berries, pulpy raspberry as well as fine hints of zan, caramelization and toasted. Good length and persistence. A very discreet hint of bitterness on notes of cocoa on persistence.
