The nose offers a fine concentration as well as a fine fleshiness. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed wild strawberry and more slightly crushed cassis associated with fine touches of spices as well as a subtle hint of lilac. The palate is fruity, suave, precise, well-defined, harmonious and offers unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed raspberry and more slightly cherry associated with fine touches of chocolate, vanilla, sweet spices as well as very fine touches of chocolate and a very discreet hint of cardamom (on the finish). Tannins are fine and slightly dry.
