The nose is fruity, well-built and offers a fine racy power, a fine straightness as well as precision and gourmandize. It reveals notes of ripe blackberry, violet, crushed raspberry, small notes of small crushed red berries associated with fine touches of cassis, lily, liquorice, racy gravels (terroir) as well as a subtle hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, a very fine salinity, gourmandize as well as a beautiful juicy/bright fruit, pulpiness, precision and a beautiful mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright/juicy blackberry, cassis, small notes of raspberry associated with touches of crushed red berries, violet, lily, racy gravels as well as a very discreet hint of caramelization, liquorice stick, juicy blue berries and an imperceptible touch of vanilla (in the background). Good length. Tannins are well-built. A very discreet hint of cocoa on the persistence.
