The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandise, a fine juiciness, fat, roundness, juiciness, freshness as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / fleshy lemon, ripe / fleshy brugnon and small notes of quince associated with a hint of quenette as well as a very discreet hint of flowers (in the background).
