(Carignan, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah): The nose is more spicy, then fruity : we find especially notes of nutmeg, cloves and black pepper. It also expresses aromas of plum, prunes, dried cherry, crushed strawberry, as well as herbaceous touches (dried mint, local herbs, garrigue). The palate is fruity and spicy, with a beautiful fruitiness more present than on the nose, and notes of wild strawberry, plum, morello cherry and dried cherry. The finish is long, fresh (with tangy notes of blackcurrant and red cherry) and salivating, but round and juicy. The tannins are silky and melted. Complexity and delicacy.
