It reveals notes of fleshy/ripe blackberry, plum, small notes of strawberry associated with touches of bright blueberry, small black berries, cornflower as well as fine hints of pencil leaf, incense, nutmeg and sweet spices. The palate is mineral, juicy, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, freshness as well as precision, juiciness, a beautiful finesse of the tension as well as straightness (in finesse). On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, Boysen berry, small notes of small black berries associated with touches of small blue fruits, zan as well as a subtle hint of mild tobacco and sweet spices. Good length. Tannins are fine, elegant and racy. Very discreet hints of good bitterness (cocoa) and a discreet hint of grilled on the persistence.
