It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and small notes ripe / fleshy black cherry associated with slight touches of zan, blond tobacco as well as a discreet hint of cardamom and chocolate. The palate is well-balanced, elegant, racy and offers freshness, juiciness, a mineral frame, richness, density, tension as well as energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of black cherry associated with touches of crushed raspberry as well as hints of chocolate, caramelization and vanilla. Tannins are very slightly firm. Good length. There are a subtle hint of almond / hazelnut as well as a fine sapidity on the finish.
