The palate is fruity, beautifully balanced, quite powerful and offers richness, fat, fruity precision, depthness and suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pear in syrup and a touch of quince associated with a hint of candied lemon, pineapple, small notes of honey, slight notes of botrytis as well as discreet hints of Granny Smith apple, roasted pineapple, lemon and tarte Tatin on the persistence. Good length and persistence.
