The nose is fruity, fine, elegant and aromatic. It reveals notes of fruit in syrup, mirabelle plum and yellow peach associated with slight notes of lemon as well as hints of honey, ginger and a discreet touch of botrytis. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant and offers minerality, a beautiful acid frame, a beautiful balance, suavity and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied fruit, peach in syrup and candied citrus (lemon, clementine, a touch of quince) associated with fine touches of pineapple, a hint of candied yuzu, granny apple as well as slight notes of spices. Good length.
