Château de Côme 2019 – Saint-Estèphe 

The nose is fruity and offers richness, power (full of control). It reveals notes of small fleshy/juicy red berries, fleshy/juicy cherry, small notes of violet associated with touches of cassis, crunchy wild strawberry as well as hints of grey/Sichuan pepper, zan and very discreet hints of vanilla/toasted (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, slightly tight, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, tension, fat, roundness, freshness as well as a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy raspberry, fleshy/juicy wild strawberry, small notes of fleshy small red berries associated with touches of fleshy/juicy Boysen berry as well as hints of chocolate, vanilla, almond, zan and nutmeg.
