Château de Chénas – Cœur de Granit 2015 – Moulin-à-Vent

The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a slight gourmandise. It reveals notes of blueberry and blackberry combined with slight / discreet notes of crushed cherry, jammy raspberry as well as a discreet hint of toasted oak and an imperceptible touch of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a nice mineral frame, suavity, a slight gourmandise, delicacy as well as elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy raspberry and slight notes of cassis associated with a hint of cherry, small touches of granite / terroir as well as a discreet hint of gray pepper. Good length.
