The nose is fruity, fresh, frank, aromatic and offers a certain small power and elegance. It expresses notes of lemon, fresh grapefruit and, more slightly, crunchy vine peach associated with touches of white flowers as well as hints of fresh spices and has a discreet hint of toast. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, juiciness, a little tension, accuracy, a little electric side on the palate in its acidity. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy peach, sweet/juicy grapefruit and more slightly – zest associated with touches of racy minerality as well as a subtle hint of fresh pineapple, toasted and nutmeg. A very fine creaminess on the palate.
