The nose is fresh and mineral with a smoky, smoky note. We perceive a touch of green grape and crisp apple. The second nose opens with this same mineral note and we have a fine hint of white peach. The palate is fresh, discreet with a good acidity on the attack. The aroma is very subtle with a hint of apple as well as almond. The finish is similar, more on a texture than on the aroma.
