It reveals notes of boysenberry, cassis and little berries associated with fine touches of crunchy Gariguette strawberry , crunchy raspberry as well as fine touches of caramelization, toasted and hints of tonka bean. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, gourmand, well-built and offers fat, suavity, a good definition as well as elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy strawberry, crunchy raspberry and more slightly blackberry, cassis associated with small touches of toasted/caramelized oak, vanilla, nut as well as a very discreet hint of chocolate/cocoa (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good persistence.
