The nose is chiseled and fresh. It expresses notes of morello cherry, tart red cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry and blackcurrant (in the background), accompanied by notes of vanilla, pepper and fine floral touches (violet, peony). The palate is fruity, fluid (in a good way), aromatic. It expresses the flavors of ripe morello cherry, tart red cherry, wild strawberry, blueberry jam, combined with notes of fresh cut mint, vanilla pod, cinnamon (in the background), pine sap and red currant jam. On the palate, the wine is expressive, savoury and fruity. It expresses notes of roasted red cherry, fresh morello cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry coulis and wild strawberry, associated with notes of fresh mint, licorice, white pepper, cinnamon (in the background) as well as with floral notes of violet, peony and fresh cornflower. Beautiful acidity and a fine tannic texture. Power and good balance. A refined and elegant wine.
