Beautiful cherry color. The first nose is fresh and fruity with a little gourmand dynamism. There are notes of juicy black cherry as well as raspberry. The second nose opens on the same dimension with a slightly tangy side of the fruit and a light toast. The palate is fresh and fruity. There is a note of toast and vanilla that accompanies structured tannins. There is good acidity and we perceive some notes of cooked black fruits like cherry and blackberry. The finish is characterized by black fruits and a hint of cocoa.
