The nose is fruity, aromatic, relatively complex and structured. It reveals notes of black cherry, cassis and wild small black berries associated with slight hints of wild red fruits/berries, cherry as well as a discreet hint of flowers and mocha/oak. The palate is fruity, soft, well-balanced, structured, fat and offers a slight minerality, a slight acid frame, a beautiful juiciness as well as a beautiful tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black cherry and black berries/cassis associated with slight notes of plum peel, wild strawberry/redcurrant as well as a hint of mocha/espresso and a subtle hint of cedar wood. Tannins are fine, well-built and a bit young. Good length.
