The palate is fruity, beautifully juicy, well-balanced, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful definition/finesse, a fine suavity, a beautiful mineral frame, complexity, fullness, fat, a beautiful material very finely unctuous, a beautiful freshness, a beautiful finesse of the structure as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. Ont he palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/juicy cassis, crunchy/juicy red berries and more slightly crunchy raspberry associated with small touches of juicy/crunchy blackberry, flowers, discreet hints of tonka bean, crunchy almond as well as discreet hints of toasted, sweet spices and Ceylan tea. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length. There is a fine hint of chocolate on the persistence.
