(77% Cabernet Sauvignon 23% Merlot) The nose offers fruit, good definition, complexity, purity and a lovely peppery side. There are notes of boysenberry, violet and small notes of crushed raspberry, associated with touches of lilac, fine hints of nutmeg, as well as a hint of ripe almond, infusion, tonka bean and toasted hazelnut. The palate is well-built, fresh, mineral, velvety and offers tension, accuracy, energy, a certain brightness, a fine aromatic concentration/an infusion side as well as a melodious and dynamic side at the same time. A lovely mid-palate. This wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, blackberry and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of ripe raspberry, as well as hints of pulpy cherry, bright strawberry, violet, toasted and toasted almond. Mellow, elegant tannins. Good length. A discreet hint of bergamot in the background.
