The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous/juicy frame, suavity, gourmandize, a small tension and a fine creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blackberry, fresh/crushed raspberry and small notes of lilac, iris associated with touches of nutmeg, spices, clove and a subtle hint of fresh tobacco. Good length.
