The nose is fine, lively, a bit rich and offers a certain elegance. It reveals notes of candied white fruit, honey and pear combined with fine notes of candied citrus fruit (quince, clementine) and slight touches of verbena and yuzu. The palate is fruity, well balanced, a bit rich, nicely dynamic and offers a nice fresh / acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of apricot, candied citrus (mandarin, yuzu, a touch of clementine) and slight notes of white peach associated with discreet touch of crunchy pear, slight notes of Tarte Tatin as well as slight notes of apricot (in the background), touches of honey and almond. Good length and persistence.
