The nose is elegant, racy, well-built and offers a small complexity. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, violet, cornflower, small notes of small pulpy/juicy blue berries associated with small touches of graphite, small fleshy fruits as well as hints of caramelization, toasted, nutmeg and very fine hints of timut pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandize as well as straightness, a small tension, a pulpy/juicy fruit and a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, an acidulous plum and small notes of small juicy/acidulous blue fruits associated with touches of violet, graphite/a racy minerality, crushed strawberry as well as hints of chocolate, toasted, a subtle hint of toasted almond (in the background) and a very discreet hint of fresh mild tobacco. Tannins are racy and structuring. Good length.
