The rosé has a pale apricot color. The nose is discreet, fresh and fruity with hints of green orange as well as white peach. There is also an imperceptible hint of iodine. The second nose has notes of citrus fruits as well as juicy red apple. A fresh side emerges, almost minty. The palate is fresh with a nice refreshing acidity. There are discreet notes of apple as well as lemon. We perceive a hint of fishing. It is clear on the palate with a fine note of strawberry on the finish accompanied by a hint of pretty bitters.
