This rosé has a pale pink color. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is mineral, a little saline, discreet on fruits such as peach and very ripe lemon. After aeration, the freshness is present. The fruits remain subtle with a hint of candy red apple. The attack is fresh and tangy. We have white peach and lemon zest. The aroma is discreet with a hint of bitterness in the middle of the mouth brought by the olive leaf. The finish is saline. There is more texture than aromas.
