It expresses notes of boysenberry, pulpy/juicy strawberry and more slightly – juicy berries, associated with hints of spices and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity and offers minerality, a fresh/tangy frame, accuracy. It expresses notes of roasted-juicy plum, roasted-juicy cherry and more slightly – blueberry, associated with touches of fresh/pulpy blueberry, associated with touches of star anise, lily, as well as a subtle hint of star anise, toast and a hint of roasted almond. Good length, delicacy, a certain chewiness, a subtle saline hint in the background. The tannins are soft and gourmand. A nice fresh hint of cocoa.
