The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration, a finely tight fine power. It reveals notes of ripe Boysen berry, strawberry and small notes of lily associated with touches of crushed raspberry, small berries as well as fine hints of zan, black tea, small crushed blue berries and a very discreet hint of cornflower. The palate is fruity, fresh, juicy, racy and offers a good definition, a beautiful precision, finesse as well as elegance, a certaine small richness and power (full of control). On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe wild cassis, dry Boysen berry and small notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry associated with touches of cornflower, lilac, small notes of bright blue berries as well as small hints of tobacco, liquorice, nutmeg, fine hints of underwood and a discreet hint of toasted/vanilla/pepper. Good length. Tannins are well-built and elegant.
