The nose is fruity and offers power, a beautiful grain, a small concentration as well as a ripe fruit. It reveals notes of ripe blackberry, ripe cassis and small notes ripe cherry, ripe small red berries associated with fine touches of liquorice, flowers as well as discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, power, concentration, gourmandize, a fine freshness as well as a very finely tight tannic structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, ripe cassis and small notes of ripe cherry associated with a touch of ripe strawberry, hints of dark chocolate/tonka bean, toasted/caramelization and discreet hints of vanilla. Tannins are well-built and very finely firm. Good length.
