The nose is floral, spicy and finely grained. There are notes of pulpy blackberry, juicy cherry and a hint of racy minerality combined with fine touches of pepper, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of cinnamon. The palate is mineral and reveals fluidity, a mineral backbone and a fine tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh/juicy red berries, blackberry and more lightly red plum combined with hints of violet, lily, mocha, toast and a subtle hint of spice. The tannins are delicately dry.
