The nose is racy, mineral and offers a certain concentration, a nice grain as well as a discreet tightness in its richness. We find notes of luscious yellow peach, fresh orange zest and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with touches of spices, racy minerality, a hint of nutmeg, verbena and a discreet hint of fresh honey / roast (almost raisined). The palate is fruity, balanced and offers minerality, freshness, tension, lovely energy as well as a fresh/acidic structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied apple, small candied yellow fruits and slight notes of crystallized mandarin associated with touches of crystallized lemon, zest, racy minerality, sweet spices/nutmeg as well as fine hints small nuts and vanilla/toast (in the background). Lovely freshness and juiciness. A wine full of precision and deliciousness. Purity. Beautiful persistence.
