The nose is fruity, finely tight and offers fine power/concentration as well as deepness. It reveals notes of candied quince, small fruits, and more slightly – notes of nutmeg associated with slight touches of apricot as well as fine hints of almost honey / beeswax. The palate is fruity, a bit aerial, and offers juiciness, minerality, certain fatness, a good balance as well as some stretchiness and a good guideline. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fruit paste (but without heaviness) and slight notes of candied mandarin associated with small notes of candied peach, slight hints of nutmeg as well as discreet hints of sweet spices and a subtle hint of almost brioche (in the background). Good length. Juiciness and fine freshness.
