The palate is fruity, fresh and offers a beautiful balance, a beautiful definition, suavity, elegance, roundness as well as a certain aromatic purity, complexity, gourmandize and fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied quince, candied kumquat, small notes of crystallized mandarine associated with a touch of dry/crushed apricot as well as hints of pineapple in syrup, lychee as well as discreet hints of sugar rose petal, lemon flower, almond and an imperceptible hint of brioche (in the background). An imperceptible hint of verbena, honey and brioche in the aftertaste. Good length.
