The nose is slightly dusty and relatively elegant. It reveals notes of ripe citrus combined with slight notes of almond, a touch of smoke and fine notes of flowers and lime tree. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and aerial. In the mouth it expresses notes of quince and candied orange associated with crystallized lemon, small notes of white peach and touches of pineapple, honey and caramel on the finish.
