The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful mineral frame, a slight freshness, a slight acid frame, suavity, straightness, a beautiful fat as well as unctuosity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, honey and candied quince associated with touches of candied brugnon, candied pear as well as discreet hints of nuts, botrytis, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of candied /crystallized clementine (in the background).
