The nose is relatively elegant. It reaveals notes of fruit and notes of dried citrus combined with a slight note of dry pineapple, caramel and touches of nutmeg and mimosa. The palate is very fresh, aerial, fruity and offers a small acid frame (citrus) that leads the tasting. In the mouth it expresses notes of quince, lemon, clementine and slight notes of exotic fruit in the background (passion fruit and pineapple) associated with little notes of gingerbread and a touch of liquorice, caramel as well as notes of toasted oak on the finish. Good length and persistence on the palate (notes of spices and wood).
