The nose reveals notes of brioche and slight notes of apricot, smoke and leather. The palate is balanced and offers a small minerality. In the mouth it expresses notes of candied citrus, zest and slight notes of pineapple, apricot and candied pear combined with a hint of fennel, mirabelle plum and prunes. There is also a slight hint of caramel and walnuts on the finish.
