The nose is fruity and offers a certain deepness, a good definition as well as fine concentration of fruit. The wine needs to be decanted. There are notes of quince, crushed yellow brugnon and small notes of quenette/exotic fruits associated with touches of small white fruits as well as fine floral hints, almost a sense of the place (local biotop) and a discreet hint of almost anise. The palate is well-built, gourmand, round, delicate, nicely textured and offers fat in precision, a tangy frame, energy as well as an airy side in its fat. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, small crushed yellow fruits and small notes of pulpy brugnon associated with touches of physalis, fine hints of aniseed, a floral hint and a saline/almost oceanic side. A subtle hint of local garrigue in the background. Good length. Beautiful texture.
