On the nose it is fruity, nicely racy and offers elegance, gourmandize, a nice little richness (in freshness and finesse), a fine texture, depth, a certain subtlety in its power as well as precision. It reveals notes of pulpy raspberry, pulpy / crushed small blue fruits and more slightly of bright cassis associated with a touch of pulpy cherry, violet, dark chocolate as well as discreet hints of hazelnut, cypress / sense. room (local biotop) and a very discreet hint of cardamom. On the palate it is fruity, elegant, complex and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandize, roundness, a nice balance / a nice finesse in its richness, a fine texture, depth as well as fattiness. The wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, bright cherry and more slightly bright raspberry associated with small touches of crushed blue berries as well as discreet hints of cornflower, licorice, cardamom and a subtle hint of hazelnut.
