The nose is fruity and offers power, a small concentration and intensity. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, crushed Boysen berry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of black cherry, nutmeg, camphor and tonka bean. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, precision as well as elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy Boysen berry and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of fleshy/juicy bluberry as well as hints of violet, cornflower, lilac and chocolate. Tannins are elegant and well-built. An imperceptible hint of coffee on the persistence.
