(85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc) The nose is fruity and powerful. It reveals notes of blackberry and slight notes of cassis associated with a touch of ripe red fruits, licorice and a slight touch of oak and a hint of blueberry. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, quite elegant, gourmand and offers a good structure, juiciness, a sensation of sweetness and a small fresh frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, cassis jam and fine touches of wild strawberry associated with very slight notes of minerality, oak as well as very discreet spicy notes, a hint of tobacco and a slight note of licorice. Tannins are fine.
