CHATEAU D’AGASSAC 2024 – Médoc

The nose is fruity, it offers fine concentration, precision and a peppery grain. It reveals notes of boysenberry, wild raspberry and small notes of lilac, associated with touches of small crushed red fruits. The palate is fruity, it offers juiciness, suavity and a mineral frame. It presents good definition, brilliance and a certain brightness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, brilliant red cherry, and small notes of sweet blond tobacco, star anise, as well as fine hints of small red fruits, almost roasted-juicy and fine touches of cornflower. Good length. A wine offering gourmandise, fine juiciness, harmony and an infusion side. Beautifully marked by Cabernet, with a velvety side, a certain suppleness and subtle, elegant Cabernet roundness.
